Professional Growth Plan

Two years ago, I decided to pursue a Doctoral Degree in Educational Technology Leadership from New Jersey City University to gain a greater understanding the 21st century skills needed in order for my students to succeed and thrive as global citizens.  This program has afforded me with the opportunity to maximize my potential as a school leader by exposing girls and underrepresented minorities to the vast career opportunities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
